EXCELLENT!! Love these shoes so much that I bought a pair for my sister and mother for christmas (after they both commented on how much they liked them). Number one reason I bought them at ZAPPOS -- Easy Return Policy and best price --also they upgrade shipping so they were here the next day.

I love these shoes. I love the color (blue navy). They are so comfortable to wear and walk around in all day. Like putting your foot into a slipper. They are just the right height for me. I think they dress up my usual blue jeans styles. I would highly recommend them.

Great shoes, they look so much better in person. Great for dress pants or sporty with jeans. And Zappos is the best place to buy them; they upgraded my shipping and I got them in 2 days! Who could ask for anything more?

Love them. Super comfortable with feet that are pretty "particular" (feet are constantly sore from heel spurs/plantar fasciitis, and bunion). I am 40 years old and active. These shoes are super for a casual look and truly difficult feet to please. I just found Zappos within the past 3 months and I just love them. I also have narrow feet, so the selection of narrows is to die for!

I have a very high instep and swelling in my feet and have a hard time finding a shoe that fits, if it comes above my toe line. This shoe is comfortable and attractive. It is true to size for my 10 WW foot. I have another pair of Softspots, in this same style, that are comfortable also. I love the detail on the shoe.

Disappointed. I guess because of the name "Softspots" I would have thought they would be a little flexible and softer on my foot. This shoe has a very hard and rigid base and I know a lot of clogs do; I was just hoping this would be different.

These shoes felt great the first time I wore them. They are a half size longer, but that is okay with this style. I have very wide feet and have had surgery on a bunion, so I have a terrible time finding shoes that fit. I am so happy that I now have a place to shop for shoes, and don't have to leave home to do it! Thanks Zappos!

These shoes are so comfortable with a decent heel height and are very cute as well! They felt like slippers from the moment I first started wearing them! I highly recommend them. Fit was true to size. I'm normally a 71/2 - 8 and the 7 1/2 fit perfectly.

I am a young retiree that dresses very stylish.\r\nThese shoes are really cute and comfortable.\r\nI love them. I am giving them only 4 stars due\r\nto the fact I am going to figure out a way to \r\ncolor the footbed dark. This company needs \r\nto do this in future mules.

Absolutely love these shoes! Just as comfy as described. Received them the next day after ordering, as usual. Any time I need shoes, I use Zappos. Their products are outstanding, reasonably priced, and their service is excellent!

I have loved all my other Softspot shoes and was looking forward to getting these. I was disappointed in the feel the moment I tried them on. The others had felt great immediately-- these were narrower than the others and felt too high-heeled to be a comfy pair of walking shoes. I have fallen in them once because you cannot feel the ground and feel unbalanced in them. I am not going to wear them anymore, but they do look great!

I love these shoes. They are the most comfortable shoe from the first second you put them on. Zappos service is also great. I placed my order on Monday night and had my shoes by Tuesday morning.

Love 'em. My only complaint is that they don't have any other colors available in 6WW for my little duck feet! I even have room for thick socks.

I have a very wide foot and it is nearly impossible to buy shoes locally, but I needed to do something. Having never bought shoes online I was skeptical. My boss recommended Zappos.com. I will never buy shoes anywhere else. There were many styles to choose from and all in my size. I received my order in less than a week. They fit perfectly and looked great. The quality is top of the line. No more sore feet for me! It will be Zappos.com every time. The only place to buy shoes.

I bought this shoe in both a brown and navy blue. Very pretty shoe and I wore it for the first time today. Very comfortable and did not hurt my feet at all. I think this shoe would look nice with both "dressy work clothes" or "comfy jeans wear".

These shoes are instantly comfortable (softspots always are) and I can dress them up or down as needed. Scuff them a little on rough concrete before wearing on a rainy day to prevent slipping on tile or wood floors.

Leda: Great fitting shoe. Very comfortable and true to size. However, the inside rubber piece came out of the heel. I found it and will glue it back. Beware of this, but overall a very nice shoe. I love Softspots.

I absolutely love Zappos! I have been ordering from them since 2006. Placing an order is a snap, they make everything super easy. Their return policy is excellent, at no cost to the customer. Plus, they do not mess around getting your order shipped. It is shipped so fast that it is actually amazing. Good job, Zappos!
