Great shoe, professional yet sensible. It is not a long term walking shoe on hard surfaces but it is fine for a day at the office when you really don\'t want to be there!

Runs smaller than expected -
I bought these to replace a pair of Softspots shoes I bought a couple of years ago. Those shoes were 7W and were almost large on me, but very comfortable and I wore them to death. So this time I ordered 7W as well. I was surprised to see that they are quite a bit narrower! The sole is definitely narrower to begin with. Even though my older shoes are broken in, they were clearly manufactured to be a lot wider than the new ones. So these are going back and I'm hoping that 7WW will work for me. If not, I might have to try 7.5. The shoes themselves look nice and as long as I can get a size that works for me, I think I will be pretty happy with them.

 |  | I ordered some Globe Castros, but they were too big and so I needed to send them back. I was surprised at how customer friendly the instructions were and how quickly I was able to get my return label. Immediately after that I put another order except one size lower. Apparently I checked today and my item was put on priority with no extra cost. That is awesome customer service. Thanks Zappos team and continue providing this outstanding service!
