This is a beautiful shoe. Would go from conventional to funky with ease. I found the 10 just slightly short, but I\'m still getting used to wearing rounded toes.

I\'ve been buying a lot of Sofft brand shoes lately, mainly because they offer style as well as comfort and wide widths.\r\nI ordered the Viva in chocolate and in a 6 wide. I love these shoes not only because of the comfort and style, but also because they are very versatile. I\'ve worn them dressed up with a pencil skirt and I\'ve worn them with jeans. I\'ve had compliments on them whenever I\'ve worn them. The different color tones on them make them very unique. They have sort of a vintage feel to them and at the same time they are a modern shoe. The best thing is that they accomodate my wide foot very nicely.

These are the most comfortable heels I\'ve ever owned. The leather is soft and gorgeous, and the exact dark shade of brown I was looking for. I\'m probably half-way between an 8-1/2 and a 9, so I ordered the 9. The strap on the top keeps the shoes snug on my feet.

Love the shoes; they are so comfortable and really cute. I wore them to a party where I had to stand for 5 hours; my feet didn't hurt at all. Shopping on Zappos is so easy: free shipping and free returns. If it doesn't fit, send it back no problem.

I love these shoes - so comfortable! They look great with a skirt and with pants. They're light and the inner padding is really soft. The arch is just right so it doesn't put all the pressure at your toe joints. The leather is nice. I was a little worried I wouldn't dig the brown on black detail but it's great - makes it more interesting. I'm really glad I purchased this shoe. Thanks Zappos!

 |  | I just wanted to write in because I have placed many orders in the last couple of months and returned several of the pairs. I am leaving for a trip to Paris in a couple of weeks and I've been searching for the right pair. I've not had much luck, but I wanted to let you guys know that it isn't because I've been unhappy with my shopping experience with Zappos. Quite the opposite actually. Because your customer service and purchasing/returning policy is so great - I just keep coming back. So thank you, for making life easier for those of us who lack the time to run around to the various shoe stores around town. You really make my life easier and give us all one less thing to worry about.
