I actually bought these through Nordstrom's after a day of being on my feet and walking all over Towson University. I bought the 8 because that is typically what I wear and honestly, it felt fine in the store, since I got these home and have started wearing them, I've had regular problems with my toes being rubbed across the sides and the tops and pinching, they are gorgeous shoes, but have taken a very long time to break in. They do run smaller than they marked and I definitely could have used an 8.5 in them. I'm wondering if I could take them back for the 8.5 or just simply return them because they are too expensive to just be so-so shoes. The padding is definitely great, just that the shoe box is too shallow and narrow.

Way too small!
I have other Sofft shoes in 7.5 W, but I could barely get my foot into this in the same size. It looks exactly like the Softspots 'Perry', but with more height.

Sofft is my favorite brand. I own too many pair in many different styles. I was surprised that my usual size is too small; I intend to exchange for a half-size larger, hoping for an excellent fit. Otherwise, all the quality I expect from Sofft.

 |  | Hi. I usually do not send out emails like feedback, but I just want to say thanks for a great sale from your business. I take a very large size (13 EEEE) and ordered a pair of Nike sneakers. I received my UPS delivery this afternoon and the sneakers fit perfectly! The price was right and it is good to see a business not gouging to sell items for customers like myself that are hard to fit. I will be back for more when the time and need comes. Also, thanks for having PayPal to purchase my sneakers.
