Forget heels, I've been wearing these shoes with dresses, jeans and dress pants since the day they arrived. I was searching and searching for a flat (but not ballet flat with no support) black shoe for so long. I wanted something comfortable, but more fashionable than sneakers, and this is it. A little heel and great arch support, but can tromp around NYC in them for 8+ hours with no blisters and no sore feet. I am tempted to buy another pair in my size right now so I have a back up pair when these wear out.

This is a really cute shoe and comfortable the first time I wore it. I wear a 10N and have a very narrow heel. The only downside to this shoe is that like most shoes I wear, the toe box fits great, but from mid-shoe back it\'s a little loose. That aside, I really like these shoes and am glad I bought them.

These shoes are very comfortable and very cute! These are classic flats that can go from work to play, day to night, casual to dressy.

Love 'em!
After ordering six pairs of brown shoes, I finally found one that works. These fit perfectly and needed no break in period. As comfortable as slippers!

These are very comfortable shoes as well as being attractive. The two toned leather is very cute and they are a neutral color that goes with everything. The padded footbed and thick sole provide support, although there could be a little bit more arch support, but all in all I love them!

Listen up ladies! I read 1 bad review about these shoes & I ordered them anyway. I am ever so glad I did! They are comfortable & stylish. I ordered them by regular mail at 4:00 NYC time & by 10:00 they arrived the next day! Zappos was gracious enough to send them priority (at no extra cost). You know I'm lovin' them! I wear a wide shoe & I never order "Naturalizer"; I'm going back for the burgundy color. Thank you Zappos. Smile.

Meh -
They look sort of cute in the pictures, but in person I thought they were underwhelming. A bit frumpy, actually. The heel is way too chunky and sticks out at the back a bit, and the leather is very stiff. It seems like it would take a while to break them in, and I just don't have the patience for that. They weren't terribly comfortable, and I know I'd get blisters on my heel and the sides of my feet.

I tried these on in the store today, and they are very comfortable and extremely cute, but weird sizing. I am generally a 9-9.5 and I took an 8.5 in these. Tried a different style of same brand and took a 9. LOVED the burgundy, may buy.

I bought the Naturalizer Kalhouse this summer and I am glad that I chose this style. It is one of many pairs of Naturalizer comfortable shoes that I own. They are true to the fit and looks good with anything you wear. If you are looking for comfort and a stylish shoe, these are the shoes to buy. When you want good service, Zappos is the BEST. Thanks Zappos!

Excellent shoe! I purchased the burgundy, and they look quite chic yet last in comfort for my 30 hour call shifts. Highly recommended! I ordered them in wide size and they fit perfectly!
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Clarkes are also comfortable but unfortunately do not always come in Wide sizes.

Super casual looking and nice insole. Ran kind of funny though; size 12 was short and tight in the toes, tried to stretch over a week, they didn't. Size 12W was way too long & wide. So not any luck with these. Had to pass on them, due to funny sizing; all my shoes are Naturalizer and usually are cut right, but not these. Also the seam goes right over the toe bone, which will probably irritate someone with a bunion.

I love these shoes! Modern style, narrow size that fits, and support that is comfortable for standing all day at work. Looks good with pants or skirts. This shoe is a hit!
Other brands recommended by reviewer: I only wear Naturalizer for the narrow fit.

 | | You're pretty awesome. Let me count the ways: 1. You make it easy for me to find great shoes. That should be enough. BUT I SOLDIER ON. 2. Pretty darn good website. There are lil' bugs here and there (sometimes narrowing a search doesn't totally work, but for the most part it does), but comparing you folks to some other nightmarish sites I've used, especially with the sheer amount of product you have for me to see...well done. 3. Convenience. HOLY CONVENIENCE, BATMAN! Much like Ian McKaye of the band Fugazi, I am a patient boy, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait. But when I order from you I don't have to. I've had shoes get to me so fast I actually thought there must have been a mistake because it got to me TOO quickly. Guys, that is some serious service. This is why I buy shoes exclusively from you. 4. Customer Service. I had a store credit recently, but like an idiot, I deleted the email with the credit code. I called up and talked to a totally friendly, funny, helpful guy. He said he'd take care of emailing me the code and all would be right with the world. OH NOES! The email, actually never showed up. So I called back and spoke with a totally friendly, funny, helpful girl (with a completely pretty voice, I'll be honest) and she got me a coupon code while I was on the phone (THAT'S good turnaround) and explained that there were the dreaded *technical difficulties* and the other dude didn't actually screw up. Guys, I've never talked to a company on the phone and ended with such a good feeling. I have friends that I don't enjoy talking to on the phone that much. Close friends. Is it ok if I just call to talk sometime? I'm kidding. Maybe. 5. You ALL seem to have a sense of humor. You guys are frakkin' funny! Your email, any of the dig deeper sort of stuff (blogs, joke of the day, etc.). That is beyond refreshing, thank you so much :) Honestly, as long as you guys are around, you got my bidness. Rock over London, rock on Chicago. | | ~ Zachary S., November 07 2009
