These shoes are exactly as promised. The sole is truly remarkable (as advertised), very supportive with a nice plush feel and they do feel like a high quality runner's shoe. The shoe design works well for dress or khakis. They fit right out of the box and although I require a wide toe box, these shoes can accommodate nicely while giving the appearance of a longer, leaner shoe. Length and width are perfect. Very pleasantly surprised and I highly recommend these shoes. Zappos service was impeccable; I ordered at 6 p.m. and they arrived the next afternoon when I arrived home from work.

Great Shoes! The shoes are comfortable and true to fit. If your feet ache at the end of the day, this shoe will help make the ache go away. The shoe also looks classy as a dress shoe and comfortable as a leisure shoe. Take the plunge, your feet deserve it.

The shoe is accurately depicted in Zappos photos. It does have a narrow appearance on the foot which defines its style. Sizing is accurate. Very comfortable and lightweight. Not sure I see the value for price charged. A little expensive for what you get in my opinion. First time Zappos customer and delighted with customer service/shipping.

 |  | I can't thank you enough! I have always had a difficult time finding comfortable shoes because I have a very narrow foot. I now have a medical foot issue that has progressed to the point of needing to replace nearly all of my shoes with relatively flat, well-made (translation: expensive) shoes to enable me just to walk without excessive pain. Needless to say, it is difficult to know immediately if a given shoe will both fit my narrow foot and not cause a great deal of pain after an hour of wear. Your free-return policy has been a true blessing to me. It is not easy to spend $170.00 on a pair of shoes that may hurt my feet after an hour and be unwearable if those shoes cannot be returned easily. The specialty shoe store in my area is great, but they offer a limited selection and any special orders can only be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Other online shoe stores require me to pay the return shipping fee and cannot begin to match the customer service that you provide. This can get costly and time consuming when one has the type of issues I have and needs to replace an entire wardrobe of shoes with well-built shoes. I have to say, even if I did not have foot issues, Zappos would be my shoe store for the selection and great customer service alone. Additionally, you offer such quick shipping, the best customer service I have found in as long as I can remember and great selection. I am incredibly happy that I was told about Zappos. You have simplified this part of my life, and believe me, with my foot pain, that is a very large part of my life. I have written other thank you notes to Zappos as well, but I wanted to send a special note of thanks for the quick shipping. I will continue to rave about Zappos to friends and family!
