Wonderful shoes! I am a thrift store lover. I bought my first pair for 2.99. I had never heard of this shoe; in fact it looked rather strange to me. I tried it on and fell in love with them. I immediately got on the net to research this shoe; I will pay full price in a store. One of my better finds. I teach school and move around a lot; today I feel like I am walking on clouds.

I received these shoes and they are very cute and comfortable. However, unlike my previous pair of Privo's which are a size 8, they are just a little too small. I normally wear an 8 1/2, but I ordered an 8 since that is the size the Privo's are that I currently wear. But this style must fit more true to size than the other style I have. I do look forward to wearing them. I work on my feet approximately 10-12 hours a day and the Privo's have definitely done me well.

 |  | Dear Customer Service, I would like to personally say Zappos is an amazing company that I will always order from. I am never disappointed with the service, merchandise, etc. I just ordered a pair of boots that I ordered the wrong size and received them yesterday and ordered the right pair last night and saw on my email that the new pair coming is arriving today which is incredibly fast service. There is no reason for me to order anywhere else for shoes. Zappos has the best selection of shoes that are gorgeous and also the customer service team is always incredible and extremely helpful.
