First off, Zappos upgraded the shipping to overnight for free, what a nice gesture for a return customer. I'll be sure to look on their web site first for my next shoe purchase. Secondly, The Ariat Heritage Horseman boot is a wonderful boot, fits true to size, super color combination, and is basically a high quality casual boot with just the right heel height and toe roundness. It isn't too "cowboy'ie" if you know what I mean. You won't go wrong with these Ariats.

 |  | I just wanted you to know that Zappos.com "wowed" me recently. I have been looking to improve the customer experience in my company for years, but until recently haven't
taken the necessary steps to make it happen. In the last month I have contacted many well known customer service businesses to foster ideas on how to better care for our customers, and ZAPPOS.com has risen to the top for me. You not only sent me some of your 2008 Culture books, but you didn't charge me a cent, and I made sure that I presented this fact to the team at our daily morning huddle. I was also most impressed that Tony signed the book(s)!!! Wow. I want our company to be known as following ZAPPOS.com's lead, and be better at caring for the whole individual as we care for their health needs.
