These boots are a little stiff at the onset, but are breaking in quickly. They are made well and a good bargain for the money. Long live Zappos.

	I love zappos! Customer service is great. While some shoes do not always fit right, it is a brand issue not a zappos issue. Whenever I need shoes, zappos is the first place I go and I am never disappointed. Thank you zappos for customer service always being #1!!! Julie S.
