Great shoe. My husband finds it to be comfortable and it looks great on. The color goes really well with lots of stuff he previously didn't really have a shoe for. Zappos was, of course, excellent when I ordered the wrong size originally, sending me the correct size before I even got the original one back.

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site – I would probably fill one out after every order.
