My sister emailed me the image of these boots from the Zappos site a few months back, saying they made her homesick for Oklahoma (where we grew up). I saved that email and when her birthday rolled around, was delighted to send them to her as a present. I love shopping with Zappos because of the incredibly customer friendly return/exchange process, so I didn\'t worry that I was guessing a bit about the size. She opened them with me on the phone (she lives on the east coast) and just loved their stunning red color. They fit great, and she even posed with them for her new Facebook profile. To say we are satisfied is an understatement. These are boots that will get you noticed!

Gorgeous boots that were even more beautiful when I took it them of the box! It\'s a very intensely pigmented red on pretty smooth leather with a fiery sort of design. A little higher than typical cowboy boots, so it sort of pushes into the arch of your foot a little (since I have flat feet, it actually helps me). Takes some breaking into around the toe, but that can be easily remedied through continued wear and thicker socks. They really add spice to a simple outfit!

 |  | Thank you, thank you! I'm thinking the Zappos customer service team must be made up of magical wizards, and I am getting spoiled! I called yesterday to exchange sneakers for a larger size, and late last night ordered some girly shoes, and this morning BOTH the sneakers and the shoes were at my door! I am stunned! Today I called a different place to order a specialty item (after checking Zappos site for something similar first, of course) and there is just no comparison whatsoever. Now I must wait at least a week for my order from this other place, and on top of that, pay ten bucks shipping! See, I am spoiled by Zappos spectacular customer service. Thank you so much!
