Resident physician who spends a lot of time on his flat feet. Been looking for a shoe that provides support for long periods of standing and comfort while walking/running. After doing some research I thought I'd give these a try. After about a month I'm very pleased. If they had these in brown, I'd buy a pair to wear when I'm not working because they're so comfortable. Pros: Low profile, easy to clean off blood (or other liquid spills), comfortable well-cushioned footbed, good support while standing, non-slip sole, warm lining. Cons: Size runs big; took a few tries to get it right (about 1/2-1 full size larger than my other dress shoes). Non-slip soles are loud on tile floors (not a big deal, but you won't be sneaking up on anyone). Not the most stylish, but they're work clogs.

Have been cooking in a restaurant in these for about a month now. I don\'t have much frame of reference, but these are comfortable all day long. They\'re easy to clean, look nice, don\'t slip on water or grease, and I\'m quite happy with the purchase.

This is my second pair of Keens. I have the Newport sandals, and these have a similar fit. I usually wear an 11 or 11-1/2, and the 11 I ordered is plenty roomy even with wool socks. The sole says non-slip and it is different than my Newports; the sole is harder and makes a bit more noise when walking on hardwoods or tile. The insole is comfortable and removable, which I appreciate. Overall I am satisfied, and will keep this pair. Like others I've only seen these shoes on Zappos. I agree somewhat with others about the style, these do look better than other Keen slip-ons; however, no one will mistake these for dress shoes.

I ordered 3 pairs of these 2 in white for the nurses in my husbands office. And 1 pair in black for him to use in the hospital. They love them! True to size, and truely light and comfortable! The leather uppers makes them a plus because they are easy to care for and keep them sanitary! They will keep for many years to come! We love our Keens!

Prior to the PTC I bought a Keen a number of years ago and they were comfortable but so unattractive that I stopped wearing them. The PTC are a pleasant change as they are both comfortable and attractive. I have high arches and these shoes actually support them. They are attractive enough for a casual shoe and certainly much better than the former pair I owned. I am going on a trip to Tokyo in a few weeks and I will take these as my "walk endlessly through the city" shoes. The slip on aspect will help out when I have to take them off for every museum I visit!

These Keens were specifically purchased to be used in the Operating Room. We need comfortable, stain resistant shoes as we are exposed to body fluids etc. These were perfect and I could only find them on Zappos. Hooray!!!

These shoes were 1 size too big. I couldn't believe when I received these how big they were. I've never had a problem with shoe size before This is the last pair of Keens I will attempt to buy.

Chef Ninja gives these a "ten toe" rating - I've been in the chef game for 15 years and have been in search of the perfect clog. These may be the ticket! Tried Birk Londons (awesome, but pretty expensive) steel toe Sanita's (well built but, tall heel's prone to rolling) other clogs from Simple, Rockport, Skechers etc. Just finished 1st shift on the Keens-love 'em already! They clean up real nice and cushion insole's kind on the feet. Well built yet light weight! I really love the look; for a clog and comfort to the max. Stiff sole needs a little break-in time. Zappos rocks; some super fast shipping, too!

 |  | I just called Zappos to ask questions about shoe width (I need a wider size) and a rep helped me to find some boots that come in wide sizes, of which I ordered two pair. She was very helpful and friendly, and also upgraded me to VIP status. I'm THRILLED that my order will come tomorrow! And my return will be sped up as well. Thanks to the rep for doing a great job!
