First pair I had the suede strip failed within 4 hours. Totally tore itself to shreds. I find if Keens are going to fail it will be on the first day. Second pair has been wonderful. Waterproof and comfy after a small break in period. My Austins seem to have more instep support, but I would still rate these as very supportive. I won't wear anything else than a pair of Keens.

All I can say is, Wow! I ordered the shoes at like 1 in the morning and that were at my house at 6 that evening!, unbelievable! service! The boots themselves are probably the most comfortable boots I have ever owned, and I've owned, Danners, Asolo, Timberlands! Although I have 1 complaint, the seam came apart in the front by the first eyelet. A minor repair, I took to the Cobbler. Overall an awesome boot! I highly recommend these boots! Thanks Zappos for the awesome help also!

Overall these are great boots. They seem to be well built, and they're very comfortable. I would definitely recommend them!

After a few days of breaking in these are some of the most comfortable shoes I own. I have several pairs of Keen Newport sandals that I love so I thought that these boots couldn\'t be too bad. They are perfect for those cold chilly wet days of which we have had many of recently. I walk my dogs daily and we are normally out in fields / meadows with tall grass. They are extremely waterproof and also wick the moisture from your feet perfectly. My feet sweat, so in the winter if I dont have something breathable my feet then get very cold. Not the case with these boots. I would strongly suggest purchasing the Keen Kelowna boot to anyone.

I bought these for my husband for this coming winter. I am a big fan of Keen shoes and boots because they are what they say, comfortable and waterproof He likes the fit and they accommodate his custom orthotics.

 |  | I want you to know how pleased I am that my dad received his shoes so quickly! He got them today. I am amazed! He is a patient at the VA hospital in Denver. He is a WWll combat veteran who lost his leg after stepping on a land mine. Recently, he was taken to the VA hospital because no one at his present home could care for him. He was sick, malnourished, and to add insult to injury, could not use his prosthetic leg because it caused a sore on his amputated stump. To shorten a long story, he had no shoes with him with which to begin learning to use his new prosthesis. I ordered them Saturday as soon as I hung up talking with him and he received them today. Now he can begin the long journey to regain his stride and health. He will be returning to the east coast of Virginia to be with family.
