I bought Keen Kelowna Slip-Ons for a recent trip to Europe. I found the Kelowna to be an excellent traveling shoe, with exceptional comfort and durability. I bought the Bison color because I like full grain leather better than Nubuck. I usually wear an 8, and 8 in this shoe was just right with thicker socks. With thinner, dressier socks, they're a tad loose, but still perfectly wearable. So I'd say they are true to size, just as the Keen web site suggests. The two best things about this shoe are the width of the toe box, which really gives your foot enough room to be a foot, and the "Keen-Cush" insole, which provides great support and a fabulous cushy feel. I was on my feet a lot during this trip, and I never noticed any of the "foot fatigue" that sometimes plagues me when I travel. I just felt great, the Keens energized my walking. I even got a few compliments on the shoes from my German friends, which is very unusual, because they seem to have a very different shoe aesthetic. So I would strongly recommend these to anyone.

These shoes have been great. The fit is perfect for me as I have wider feet and in my experience, Keens tend to run wide. The shoe is very well constructed and stylish for numerous occasions. I like the easy slip on/off. All my shoe purchases recently have all been Keens.

I, too, made a conscientious loyalty-spirited decision with this shoe order. I intended to make this purchase through another website because I would have saved $4 on the purchase over your site and still had free shipping both ways. However, my experience with Zappos has been so positive, that I chose to pay the higher price and purchase these shoes from your company. I was banking on the lightening-speed processing and shipping that I have experienced with your company in the past and opted for the known rather than the unknown of ordering from another company.
