I love these shoes! I have difficult feet (bony, wide at the front, narrow heels) and I end up returning almost all the shoes I order from Zappos. (But they are so nice, they haven\'t cut me off!) These have glove soft leather and don\'t rub anywhere, and the toe box is round providing plenty of room. I wear them all day and forget I have them on my feet. Usually I can\'t wait to kick off my shoes as soon as I get home, but these I hate to take off. I would have only one request of the manufacturer, which is please make them in half sizes.

Pricey for my budget, but a perfect fit. I'm on the wider end of medium with short toes. Size 5 is often too narrow. I usually buy 5.5B and have to decide if the excess toe space looks or feels awkward. These shoes are light and flexible.

This is my second pair of Arcopedico shoes, so obviously I like the brand very much. I purchased these in bronze and love them. They are comfortable for long stretches including lots of walking and look casual without being too much so. I highly recommend them and will probably be getting a third pair sometime soon. Worth the money!

Wonderful and fast service! I love the Arcopedico shoes and have ordered 3 pairs to take with me on a cruise to the Mediterranean in late November. They are incredibly comfortable, give good arch support and fit my wide feet well. I normally wear orthotics in my shoes but find I don\'t need them with the Arcopedicos.

I own Shawna in green and adore this shoe. It is so comfortable I can stand and walk all day no problem. Great travelling shoe. I have a wide foot and the fit is perfect. I will buy more of this brand.

These are very comfortable. I wear a size 5 1/2, so I originally ordered these in a size 36 (US 5.5/6), but they were too large. The size 35 (US 5) works well for me.

Really cute shoes and glove-soft leather. I like them a lot, and they are very comfortable. Great to wear barefoot. They will also accommodate small orthotics. My only slight "complaint" is that they run about 1/4 size too short. So, the 39 (American size 8.5), my usual size, fit me, but it would've been too short had the leather not been so very soft. Since the sizing is almost right, the 40 (American size 9) was too big.

I found these shoes very attractive and I have had many give me compliments on them. I had had to wear an old ladies shoe for many years because of fallen arches. These are deep enough to fit a good insole into them. The only problem that I had with them is the elastic strap. It is comfortable enough, but you cannot wear nylons because it ruins them where the elastic is. So what I did is, I made a cloth sleeve to go around the elastic and you cannot tell that it was not made that way. This does not ruin my nylons and it kept the comfort of the elastic. I bought 3 pairs of these and plan on buying some of the other colors. I like the green really well and the brownish color, but not too much the orange. I think that I would have been okay with the orange if I did not see the other colors first. I did have to put the material around all 3 pairs where the elastic is. The elastic did the same with all 3 pairs.

I love these shoes! So much so, that I bought a 2nd pair in bronze and a pair in black. Theyre really comfortable and cute! The bronze color goes with almost everything I have. They look great with pants and dresses. I can wear them all day in comfort. However, theyre not great for doing a lot of walking up and down hills in places like Seattle. They dont replace a good pair of walking shoes, but theyre perfect for everyday living.

I purchased these shoes because they looked like they would be comfortable...that is an understatement. Soft leather, room for toes, and beautiful workmanship...I absolutely am in love with this style and how wonderfully they adjust to my feet. I bought the bronze and will continue to look at the website for more colors...If I had my druthers I would own nothing but these fabulous Portuguese shoes. Besides the product, Zappos customer service is beyond believable. No wonder it is the most wonderful place to work...

These shoes look great in orange! They run on the narrow side, though the elastic strap is still a bit loose for my narrow foot. I found that they run true to Euro sizing but the Euro size equivalents listed for this shoe on Zappos are wrong. Size 41 is more like a 9.5-10. Size 42 more like a 10.5-11. I wear a large 10 or 10.5, narrow, and needed the 42 for length.

I am very happy to have found these shoes. I have discovered my feet are now a bit larger than the size 11 I've been most of my adult life and I had a devil of a time finding a long enough shoe for my average width feet. This style of Arcopedico is the first shoe I found that worked out after trying many other brands. I am often on my feet much of the day at work, and sometimes I feel like I am barefoot in these (a good thing!). I think they look cute too with jeans, casual work pants, or a long skirt. The only down side about the shoe is that like some other reviewers I find the elastic strap a bit too tight. But, as the remainder of the shoe is so comfortable, it doesn't have that big of an impact overall. The first few wears I also found that the part of the toe box in front of the strap (can't think of a better description for the part of the shoe I mean) pressed on my foot but it seems to have alleviated now that the shoes are worn in a bit. BTW I ordered a 43 and I estimate my foot size is 11.5 American sizing.

I have 5 pairs of Arcopedico Shawna shoes in my wardrobe. I have the black, brown, tan, red, & navy. They are extremely comfortable and I wear them everyday. This is the first shoe that doesn't fall off my feet or hurt my one hammer toe.

These shoes are very comfortable, a little Mary-Jane-looking with the elastic strap. Casual, but with a little twist - the color. It's nice, just a little more metallic than I thought they would be when I purchased it. A tiny bit of a wedge/heel, look great with jeans.

I wanted a pair of cute flats, but comfortable ones. Arcopedico has very soft leather in its shoes, and that helps accommodate my wide feet, and bunions. The first time I wore them they felt like ballet flats--no breaking-in required. For extensive walking downtown there is sufficient support, comfort, but also a stylish look. I'm very pleased with my first Arcopedico, and want to look for more styles and/or colors, especially for traveling. Zappos as always provides excellent service.

I love these shoes. They're quickly becoming the shoes I live in. They're cute enough to wear with skirts, and comfortable enough to walk in. They're not about to replace exercise shoes for walking, but if I'm traveling, I can easily wear them all day. I love the bronze color I bought; it goes with everything. I did put in a different foot bed.

Very happy with these cute comfy shoes!
The arch support is quite good, and they are VERY lightweight. They are cute, too. Not very formal, but certainly nice enough for work. Plenty of room in the toe box, and they don't slip on my narrow heels! I love the red, even if they make me look a bit young.

These shoes were great from the first wearing. The look is subtle, with the workings of an orthopedic shoe without the bulk! Fits over the toes enough to cover the bunions and the leather is so very soft and comfortable. The strap, too, looks sleek and stylish with the placement closer to the ankle. Love them!! 4 stars for comfort as I would have liked a bit more padding for the ball of my foot.

Great shoe for troubled feet -
It's rare I find a shoe that is stylish & comfortable. Especially good if you have bunions or another need for large toe box. Seems sturdy. Great shoe.

Hoping for a little give -
I adore these shoes and love the fact that they come in so many colors. I'm waiting a bit before ordering other colors for the little strap to ease up a bit. When I take them off after a full day, that strap mark is an indentation. I'm assuming the elastic will give - just waiting...

I love these shoes. Ive had lots of foot surgeries and finding shoes that are even remotely attractive, supportive, and comfortable is a challenge. I own 3 pairs. I can be on my feet all day long with them. I wear a traditional size 8 and ordered the 39s.
