These shoes are fabulous. I usually wear a 10-1/2 to 11 narrow and the 42 fits great. I know it says to order down but I tried the 41 and it was too short for me. They are so comfortable and support my arches. It is difficult to have a long, narrow foot because so many shoe manufacturers think that because a foot is long that it is also wide. I recommend this for all the narrow feet out there.

Wow! Amazingly comfortable shoes. Great for things like shopping or activities where you want to look better than athletic shoes, but need comfort. Good arch support. Nice looking, too. I can even wear these without socks.

I found Naot on a vacation to Florida. We can't get them down here in Alabama. So I ordered these for the fall and I do believe they are the best made, most comfortable shoe in the market. The leather is glove soft and the fit is perfect. I stuck to my normal size. I love your service and your reputation is living up to its name. I will order many more things from you in the future. Great fit! I wear a 9M and I found these clogs to be true-to-size. The copper color gleams and looks well with most outfits. All-in-all a very good buy.

I love these shoes! They are exceedingly comfortable. They go with much of my fall wardrobe. I have found myself wearing them more than I expected. Naot is my shoe.

These shoes are as comfortable as one hopes. More arch support would have pleased me, but they aren't custom made, so that's okay. They are more "old-Lady" in person. I expected "steel" to be silverish gray. They do have a nice sheen and I wore them and could not tell until I was outside in bright sun the next day that this "steel" is Blue. I don't care for the color, but they are very comfortable with jeans on a week-end.

Yes! These shoes are a perfect success for my very difficult feet. \r\nI have a medium width ball of my foot, very narrow heel, very high instep, and low volume feet. These shoes are perfect, like wearing slippers right out of the box. Plenty of room for my toes and they stay firmly on my feet.\r\nThe copper color is amazing. The leather on the burnt-copper-cocoa pair is like butter. They are the perfect neural color and the subdued copper accents make them go from very causal to casual elegant.\r\nI am recovering from a neuroma, still have some fluid in the bursa of two toes, and these shoes are a relief for my foot. \r\nThey look very sleek, not at all clunky. I sometimes wear a 39 in Naot, but the 38 is perfect in Sozo. I think I\'ll have to get another color as well.

This is a beautiful shoe in Naot's tradition. Fit is somewhat long and wide but so comfortable. Inset of elastic on top edge makes it especially wearable immediately. I wore my new pair on a shopping trip and had happy feet all day. The steel gray color is fabulous.

I love these shoes! Not only are they gorgeous, but they are incredibly comfortable! I wear an 11W and some of Naot's footbeds run wide!

Discovered Naot brand footwear last year and am a convert. Comfy, comfy, comfy! I wish they'd come out with a size 34, as I can buy only those shoes that cover my toes. Sozo is great for travelling; looks 'dressy', great for removing at TSA checkpoints at airports, comfortable to walk in!

This shoe has the same Naot comfort insole and unique styling and I particularly like the bronze coloration. But the outstanding quality of this shoe is the softness of the inner shoe. I have had many surgeries on my feet and usually need to wear socks to protect my sensitive skin--not with this shoe. I have so many issues with my feet that Naot is my first choice, but feel certain that had I always worn this brand, I wouldn't have so many of the problems I have now.

Naot Sozo (steel) I just received these and, just like the other styles in this group, they are heaven on your feet! I have the Mauri and Kumara and they are my go-to shoes when I am hurting. The Mauri are even slightly more favored because they are slip-ons and perfect for travel. These are just as comfortable and the steel color is a wonderful neutral without being yet another pair of black shoes. I usually take a 7 1/2 or an 8 and the 38 is perfect. The leather is soft and rich and the shoe is completely lined in leather as well. The arch and lateral support is excellent. Can you tell that I love the shoes in this group? I bought the Sozo hoping it would be as good as the Palma. I have a widish foot, poor arches, metatarsal calcification and cannot take pressure on the top of my foot, need I say more? The Sozo is highly supportive, well-balanced and wide enough, but not sloppy wide, it must be meant for a "b" width such as mine. I wanted a clog to slip on and off in airports. This feels almost as supportive as my Mephisto lace-ups. My only problem: the price of these well-made and good-looking shoes. Otherwise, I would immediately try the lace-up styles. Keep up the good work and Zappos is great, too.

When I slipped my foot into the Naot Sozo, it felt so good I had to buy it. The metallic style which I chose should be great for this year's metallic fashions in bronze, copper, etc. The height of the shoe is not too flat for me nor too high; it's
"just right". It has the comfort of a bedroom slipper. There is an elastic material in the top if the shoe that allows room for stretch. My foot is fairly narrow, but the shoe is deep so my feet don't slip out. A pair of socks would make them even more secure for the narrow footed person. They are boho.
