This is a great shoe, very comfortable and looks good with jeans or dress slacks. I have a pair in brown, too. I have a narrow foot, and they are a bit loose in thin socks, so I recommend wearing them with a heavier sock. I also suffer bouts of severe plantar fasciitis, and these shoes were probably the most comfortable thing in my closet during a recent flare up.

The ultimate in comfort, the heels and soles are made of some kind of shock absorbing material that makes you feel like you are just springing along. The shoes are very lightweight, too. The toebox is wide and the heel fit is just right, no slipping off at the heel. They are true to size. I love Clarks shoes!

Needed to replace my by Josef Seibel work shoes. Loved his shoes and have owned three "Tanya" style shoes. However, I wanted a change in style of shoes and have been looking for something a little more feminine. Found the Clarks online and thought it's worth a try, as I already own several pairs of Clarks shoes and love them. I purchased the standard width shoes and felt the shoes were a bit tight. Once the leather stretched, it's my go to walking shoes. Love them and wear them almost every day! Am considering getting another pair in brown. Zappos upgraded my standard delivery to priority delivery. Thank you for the super service!

This is the most comfortable shoe I\'ve ever worn. The size was true, the width was true, the quality is excellent. There was no break-in period. The footbed and arch support is great; I have a high arch so this is important to me. The breathability of the shoe keeps my feet dry. They are amazing. Actually, I need to purchase these in every color.

These shoes are wonderful! They are very light weight and comfortable right out of the box, like putting on slippers! I wore them for the first time the day we went on vacation and they were like walking on air and easy off and on in the airports! They seem very well made and I love them!

Before I bought any shoes, I asked lots of friends and other people about theirs. I have arthritis in the joint of my big toe, so it's really crucial that I have comfortable shoes. After talking to people, I went onto Zappos and searched out many different brands and styles. In the end, these are some of the most comfortable shoes I have to wear when I have to be on my feet for a long period of time. Also, (embarrassingly), I have quite sweaty feet, so the air circulation system in these is quite beneficial. The only downside to these shoes is that the heel is quite roomy, but I don't feel like they slip or are uncomfortable.

This is one of five pairs of shoes I ordered recently. Impressive right out of the box and then I put them on. My heel spurs love these shoes! The fit is perfection and I can't wait to go to work tomorrow. As a sales rep, I am on my feet a lot and my recently developed heel spurs have made it difficult to say the least! I would usually not spend this much money on a pair of shoes, but I won't hesitate to do it again! Also, the service from Zappos.com was impeccable. I had purchased many pairs of shoes from a competitor and spent way too much money shipping them back and forth just to get the right size and then finding they were not as comfortable as described, etc. I won't be doing that ever again. Zappos.com and Clarks get my business from here on out!

 |  | Most of the time people just email to complain. This is just the opposite. I'm totally thrilled with my purchase, as I have been in the past just buying shoes. This is going to be the best Christmas ever for my mom. I was a wee bit unsure about ordering some clothing online for her since she is so incredibly fussy, but this item is perfect!
