These are super comfortable shoes. Great support! Contrary to what people have been saying, I felt that these ran true to size. I wear a 6 1/2 or 37. I first bought the 36 because of what I had read and had to exchange them for the 37.

This shoe instantly caught my eye. It has got to be one of THE most comfortable pair of shoes I own. It almost feels like wearing slippers - there's no breaking these shoes in - they are pure comfort to wear all day and all evening and look great with all sorts of clothes including sportswear. The cork bedding is very soft, the overall quality of this shoe is worth purchasing if you need a shoe that looks great and is guaranteed to be comfortable. I bought a pair in black and am planning to purchase in brown as well.

I just bought these shoes in black, and I have been really happy with the purchase. These are my first pair of Naot shoes, and I basically bought them true-to-size. I have a very wide foot, and these fit perfectly and have only gotten more comfortable with each wearing. I would definitely recommend these as a slightly dressier alternative to casual shoes.

My husband and I recently returned from Italy where I wore Naot Kiri shoes. I was told that Italians don\'t wear white sneakers, so I was determined not to look like a tourist in my Naots. We walked through Venice (up and down the Venetian bridges), Florence (up and down the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery), and Rome (the Vatican, the Sistine Chapel, and the Colosseum). I work in retail and i\'m on my feet about 10 hours a day. Naot is the only brand of shoes that I can work all day and my feet don\'t hurt. When I saw the Kirei I knew they would be perfect as casual and somewhat dressy. They needed some break in time, but once I got pass that they were fine. They run true to size. I have gotten many compliments when I wear them. Another winner from Naot.

I ordered my real size and it fits my foot much like the sandals do. I have a narrow foot. These are very comfortable and did not require any "breaking in" time.

These are the most comfortable shoes. They have great arch support. The velcro strap makes it quick and easy to put the shoes on and off. They are very versatile. I highly recommend these shoes for people who are on their feet most of the time and like to move quickly.

Naot Kirei - I really loved these shoes but couldn't get the fit right. One size felt too small, next size up felt too big, so unfortunately, I returned them. But they are adorable, especially in the brown color!

Comfortable shoe with a mix of suede, leather and patent leather that give added interest to the basic mary jane style. The removable footbed allowed my smart "shoe guy" at my favorite shoe store (Chicks on Mercer Island) to add padding underneath to alleviate pain from plantar fasciitis. Naot shoes are generally not constructed for long walks, but this shoe is great for shorter jaunts and everyday activities.

I have 2 pairs of Naot sandals that I wear all the time and 1 closed toe shoe that is only marginally comfortable. Because Naot does not do half sizes there is too much difference between sizes in the closed toe shoes. For instance, the Kirei strap on the 38 barely covered all the velcro on my instep but the strap on the 39s was a full inch longer and hung almost to the floor. The style is cute and I liked the purple color, but I wondered how well the sparkly leather would hold up to scuffing. But both pairs that I ordered had to go back because of fit issues.

I bought a pair of Naot sandals in a 41 that were absolutely perfect so decided to try shoes. You are told to buy a size smaller as they run large. I ordered a 40 and they were too short so I sent them back and ordered the 41 (10), which is my regular size. They were also too short, so those went back and I got the 42 which fits perfectly. Fortunately, all the trying and returning was very easy with Zappos. I did notice in other reviews that some said short and some said large so I'm not sure what the size issue is, but I am very happy with the 42s. Not as much arch support as the sandals, but accommodate orthotics easily.

Buy your normal size. I read reviews and bought a size smaller; it's too short. So order your normal Naot size. I am now returning the 39 for a 40. Thank goodness they still have the purple glitter shoe in stock; it's adorable on! can't wait to get my size. By the way, I have sensitive feet and narrow feet and they feel great, even though this pair is too short!

Very comfortable. These shoes I'm returning even though they are very comfortable because I'm looking for shoes that are a bit more trendy looking. However, the shoe fits very well, and is extremely comfortable to wear. I ordered the peacock purple; the fabric texture is interesting with a rough and high-tech feel. I wonder how it would wear over time?

Amazingly comfy from the first time I put them on. I have plantar fasciitis and I can wear these shoes all day, no problem. I also have narrow feet and they are fine, especially with the velcro. Since I've bought them I don't want to wear anything else, and can feel the difference when I have to wear other shoes.

I have a very difficult foot to fit. Shoes invariably hurt the first time I wear them--and often many times after. To top it off, I have Plantar Fasciitis and should wear orthotics. With Naots, I don\'t have to worry about orthotics, and the sandals fit great, but I\'d never found a closed shoe by Naot that worked for me until this one. I love these shoes; they fit great right out of the box. I took a 42, which is standard (I take a 41 in the sandals, but I need that extra room in the toe for closed toe), so I don\'t really think these ran big. The colors are adorable. The fit isn\'t the elvish clunky thing Naot usually has going. Love these shoes. I have them in every color now. Get lots of compliments.

Order a size smaller than you would with other shoes. I normally wear a solid size 7 but their size 7 was a full size too large, even with thin socks. \r\n\r\nThese shoes are every bit as cute as they look, and will look fabulous with jeans or any other long slacks. If you want to wear them with capris, they are probably comfortable enough to do so without socks.\r\n\r\nIf you have heel spurs this probably won\'t be the shoe for you, because the heel is lower than in most shoes with this much support.\r\n\r\nHowever, if you have heel pain due to fallen arches, most definitely try this show on. The arch support in this shoe is excellent, which usually translates to proper structural alighnment and relief for painful heels caused by arch issues.
