I purchased these shoes based partially on other positive reviews and I have to agree with all of them - these are great shoes. They are very comfortable, offer good support, feel true to width and look equally good for business casual or leisure activities. These are my first Clarks shoes and I would be much more likely to consider Clarks going forward.

I, too, made a conscientious loyalty-spirited decision with this shoe order. I intended to make this purchase through another website because I would have saved $4 on the purchase over your site and still had free shipping both ways. However, my experience with Zappos has been so positive, that I chose to pay the higher price and purchase these shoes from your company. I was banking on the lightening-speed processing and shipping that I have experienced with your company in the past and opted for the known rather than the unknown of ordering from another company. So, when you communicated your "special priority processing" on this order at no additional cost to me, I was moved to respond with a resounding THANK YOU!
