These shoes are cute, decent quality, and have a killer, sexy heel. However, I could tell the moment I put them on they would be too painful (even as \'sit down\' shoes) to make them worth keeping. My feet are wide, and even though I bought a half size up they rubbed me the wrong way. Back to Zappos they go.

I wanted to keep these so badly. They are super cute; I got them for my wedding, because I thought the heart cutout was so adorable, and they were fun and sassy instead of all formal and stuffy. They also walk incredibly well given the platform and the heel height. However, they run true to size. I am normally an 8.5, and Zappos only had an 8, so they were just a bit too small. Luckily, the customer service made checking it out super easy; I only wish I could have kept them!

I bought the shoes as a present for my daughter. Shoes are gorgeous and delivery was so fast I could not believe. I got what was promised. Good customer service and great product.
