These boots were comfortable right out of the box and seem true to size, in my case 7M. They're also beautiful – a deeply saturated black with a flattering shape. I bought them to wear with leggings, and they're the perfect length for that. The heel is classic (love the bows at the back!), but more important, it's low enough to be comfortable, and high enough to be sexy. I haven't worn them for more than a few hours at a time, and wonder whether a wearer could survive an entire day in them. But for my purposes, the heel height is just right: it lengthens the leg without leaving me teetering. I've been showered with compliments wherever I've worn them, and everyone wants to know where I bought them. Yeah Zappos! Overall, I give these boots five stars, and highly recommend them: they dress up a casual look and complement a more dressy outfit.

I also wanted to send a much belated thank you for a service you did for me about a year ago. At the time, my son broke his leg very badly and we needed some "basketball breakaway pants" to put over it so he could go out of the house, as the cast was quite large. We couldn't find them anywhere, but my mother found them on your website. She called to order the pants and when she told you of our situation you sent them immediately on overnight delivery at no charge to us. While that may seem like a small thing to you, it was a HUGE thing to us and we were grateful beyond measure. Thank you for your kindness.
