Love the fast service from Zappos. The first day I wore these shoes my arch was hurting by the end of the day. Next day I wore them they were fitting great; probably just had to be broken in a little.

You'll love the Fitzwell "Olivia"; the leather is good and the pleats on the top look stylish, a darling flat. Fit is my issue; I wear 8.5EE with a high instep. Groan! This shoe will let me wear a fun knee-high and the strap does not pinch.

 |  | I just wanted to write in because I have placed many orders in the last couple of months and returned several of the pairs. I am leaving for a trip to Paris in a couple of weeks and I've been searching for the right pair. I've not had much luck, but I wanted to let you guys know that it isn't because I've been unhappy with my shopping experience with Zappos. Quite the opposite actually. Because your customer service and purchasing/returning policy is so great - I just keep coming back. So thank you, for making life easier for those of us who lack the time to run around to the various shoe stores around town. You really make my life easier and give us all one less thing to worry about.
