I love these boots. I wore them to work and everybody complimented me. Anything in the grey family catches my attention. Perfect fit and classy look with jeans or dresses.

This is a beautiful, sexy shoe. However, I found it a bit difficult to walk in with the combination of the platform and the long heel shaft. Also, I have a high arch and I had to add an arch support, which helped with comfort, but I still felt a bit tipsy in them. So am returning them. Very pretty shoe, but impractical for me.

too tight -
Usually 9 west is pretty good about making comfy high heeled boots that actually run true to size (unlike many other brands that are narrow, tight, etc). But these were very tight and not too comfy. I'll have to go up at least 1/2 size, possibly a whole size. I was surprised.

I love these boots! I have always been a fan of Nine West for their affordable, quality shoes and these were no disappointment! My best friend says they are "sassy" and I must agree! Don\'t let the hight of the heels scare you- they are very comfortable to walk in!!! And as always Zappos is #1 in customer service!!!!

These are really great. They look and feel just like the picture. Very nice styling, comfortable. I am leery of shoes looking nice online then being really poorly made. These are both well made, look good, and a reasonable price.

These shoes are really stylish, the leather is very soft, and the under toe platform helps them to be more comfortable than heels this high generally would be. Fit is true to size, with no pinching and not so oversized - so it doesn't wear like a bucket!

I want to thank you for the great service and selection I receive from Zappos. It was very hard to shop for my brother-in-law because, his feet swell very badly. He wears 12 1/2 6E. With you it was no problem. The quality of the brands you have are simply wonderful. I just had to share this. In this day and time it is very hard to find great customer service.
