The first day I wore them, my shin hurt, too. But the next time I wore knee socks and all was fine. They look great with jeans!

Cute but painful! These boots would have been ideal for everyday use. The heel isn't too high, yet they are still stylish. Unfortunately, I completely agree with another reviewer. Where the boot hits your shin, they hurt! A lot! Had they made the top a little wider, it wouldn't be an issue. But I have to return them for this reason.

Beautiful and trendy boots! I had to return the boots and order a half-size smaller (I vary between wearing 9.5 and 10 in boots). However, they are really comfortable and did not smash my toes or bother my arch/heel (I have plantar fasciitis). The heel was surprisingly tall enough to elongate my legs in skinny jeans. I bought these for a skirt, but you can easily wear them with jeans and still look polished. There is just "enough" heel (I can't walk in very high heels). Lastly, I had them shipped to my office. I got three compliments as I tried them out around the office!

These boots are darling off. They would be comfortable except for where the top of the boots hit on the leg. I wore them 1 time and had bruises from the boots rubbing my ankles.

 |  | Hello! I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who works for Zappos. As of yesterday, I've ordered from Zappos five times over the last couple years. I usually get my orders the next day, and the longest it's taken has only been two days, and I think that's just awesome! At my job I work in customer service and think it's very important to like to help people in a job like that. I can tell Zappos employees must love their jobs because everyone does such great job. With every one of my orders, it only proves there really isn't a better place to shop on line, (or shop anywhere, in general)!
