I love these shoes! They are so comfortable and they look fabulous. They come in many great colors, too!

I love these adorable little cool shoes. They fit comfortably first wear. I wear 10.5 usually and occasionally narrow but I often order 10 M as that is what is available in less expensive shoes and it is hit or miss.these were fine.

This is a great shoe. The toe box area was a bit stiff at first, but softened up after wearing. The shoe does not gap on the side like some flats. The fit is like most Nine West shoes. The brown color was not as dark as I expected-- it has a bit of a green cast. These shoes go with a lot of fall colors.

Do not buy this shoe unless you want your heels to turn black. There is a silly little oval of black suede inside the shoe. Any slight heat or moisture from regular wear will cause the dye to transfer to your foot. Took some significant scrubbing to get the color off of my foot.

 |  | I just wanted to thank you for being so wonderful. Last week I ordered a pair of shoes but when I got them home the color didn't match so I needed to return them. What I didn't realize was that when I shipped them back to you, my cell phone charger was also in the box. The last couple of days I have been going crazy looking for it. But to my surprise it showed up today. My UPS driver just dropped off a tiny Zappos box. As I opened the box knowing that I hadn't ordered anything, I was amazed and grateful to find the charger in there. This little gesture just proves how much your company goes above and beyond for their customers and I for one truly, truly appreciate it. When you say "We are always here for you" you really mean it! I love your company, site, and all you stand for and do for your customers. I can't thank you enough for making my day! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
