Went back and forth about what size to buy because I find with MBT shoes, if you get your usual size, they are too small. So I tried a half size larger and they are a little loose, but may be okay with thicker socks. Be prepared for "squeaky" shoes if you have been walking in the rain and walk inside.

I love my MBTs! My feet love me every time I wear them. I am a cocktail waitress and am on my feet, practically walking non-stop for 7+ hrs, 5 days a week. I have wide, flat feet with bunions, calluses and everything under the sun. My heels hurt and my plantar fasciitis hurts from time to time because all the impact the constant walking has done to my feet. I put these on and it feels like I am walking on a pillow! Since I have bunions, it took a little time to break them in to where it didn't put pressure on them, but it is worth it! I ordered them a half size larger because of all the reviews I read and I'm glad I did. I have scoliosis as well and my back doesn't hurt nearly as much as it used to. Buy these if you are in a line of work that has you on your feet all day! You will feel so much better!

I ordered my Tunisha MBT shoes. I received them in great condition. When I put them on my feet were once again in heaven. I'm a nurse and spend quite a bit of time on my feet and by the end of the day my feet want to take a vacation and never come back! But with the right pair of shoes I still am able to go enjoy a walk in the afternoon and not be in terrible pain. I am really happy to have been able to find that style in your store Thank you so much!

Great!!! These shoes have ended my knee and leg pain. I am going to buy the tennis shoes next. You just have to order these a half size larger.

Love this shoe! I ordered a half size larger than my normal size and thanks to zappos great customer service and next day delivery, I was able to exchange it. The shoe looks great for work and play. Comfort is exceptional.

Love Zappo\'s and my MBT shoes.\r\nI first started wearing MBT shoes about 3 years ago. I have sandals & the traditional tie- luckily I work at a casual office because my other shoes just sit in the closet. I bought from Zappo\'s when I ordered MBT for my husband- his shoes did not fit and Zappo\'s made it so easy to return and shipped his replacement pair without any problem or hassel.\r\nMy new MBT shoes are Tunisha- a "Mary Jane" closed toe style. Much better for work and occasions when I want to be a little dressier- but still comfortable. I knew I could take a chance on fit with a new style because Zappo\'s offers fantastic service. My shoes arrived the day after I ordered them!

I find the shoes to run wide and a little short and heavy. If I would have gone up a half size, they would have been too large. I also find walking in them odd. You seem to feel like you might not have your footing. I am returning them. I would suggest the Unstructured Clarks. Very comfy, light as air.

I do not usually write reviews, but let me tell you, I love, love, love these shoes. I am a flight attendant and the first time I wore them I "walked" across the Atlantic in them. By far, the best work shoes I have ever had in 30 years of flying and standing on my feet. If I have my way they will become the official shoe of flight attendants!

These are fantastic shoes. I have a pair of the tennis shoes, too. I decided to buy the loafers so I could wear MBTs every day to work. I took my dogs for a walk yesterday in the park. I wore regular tennis shoes because it was very muddy. My feet, legs and back were sore and tired after just 20 minutes of walking. You really notice a difference in your posture after wearing MBTs for a while. One caution when ordering- they run a little small. I had to buy one shoe size bigger in both styles of the MBTs. But, Zappos has a great return policy so you can always exchange them if they are too big/small.

I have been having problems with my ankle tendons for well over a year. Two doctors said that I would be in an air cast or specially made cast with orthotics for the rest of my life. A third orthopedist said that I needed an operation that would have me off my leg for 3 months and on crutches for another 3 months. They described the operation as worse than if I had shattered all the bones. \r\nMy acupunturist recommended MBT shoes. I bought the shoes 2 sizes bigger than I normally would get so that I could put in my inserts and the cast. Using the cast and the MBT\'s allowed me to be pain free and even be able to dance. After buying 6 pairs of MBT\'s, everything from work shoes, sneakers, dress shoes and sandles, I visited with yet another dr. in NYC. He said that the MRI showed that I truly needed an operation, but was interested in how I was able to compensate enough to gain strength in other areas of my ankle so that I could now walk, although with discomfort across the room without a shoe. I could eve briefly go up to stand on my toes. \r\nThe answer is simple. MBT shoes allowed me to actually exercise my ankle all day!!! \r\nBecause I was able to develop other areas of my ankle I was given another option instead of an operation. I had a simple procedure called PRP - Platelet Rich Plasma. I can now wear MBT\'s with out a brace and walk without pain!!!

I needed an MBT shoe (I wear them because they help soo much with my shoulder and knee pain) that looked enough like a "ladies shoe" that I could wear it to shul and to work. These are so comfortable and I get compliments every time I wear them about how lovely they are. These are NOT last year's MBTs! They do run true to size and I highly recommend them!

Before purchasing these shoes I read other reviews carefully. I had never bought MBT before, but my husband loved his pair. I needed good walking shoes which still looked ladylike and professional. These seemed to be the best match of incredible engineering and traditional style (although they still have a little tennis-shoe to them in the sole). I am very hard to fit--wide ball of the foot, narrow heel, high instep, etc--but these are very close to perfect for my needs. I'm still trying them at different times of the day to be sure I have the right size because I think I would like a little more room in the toe box, but I must say that Zappos makes it amazingly easy to work out questions like this!

I bought these shoes because my sister told me hers were so comfortable and she's right!! I'm planning on taking them on vacation where we'll be doing a lot of walking and am happy to have such a comfortable pair to bring. I will say that these shoes take some practice and getting used to as the rocking motion is very different.

This is an awesome shoe! I amuse my colleagues by how much I simply want to "bounce" when I'm wearing them! I work in a hospital, and am on cement floors all day. I am dealing with plantar fasciitis, and these shoes make my walking around not only bearable, but fun! The best shoes I've ever worn! Except for the MBT sneakers and sandals that I also wear. My flexible spending account reimbursed me for the full amount of all three pairs!

These shoes are amazing! I am a presenter/consultant and am on my feet all day after often traveling the world to a location. I wore them six days in a row and my feet were so grateful! MBT's are not the most attractive shoes...these are a step in the right direction...they are, however, amazing if you have achy feet or are in a job that requires you be up and active all day. Love them and LOVE Zappos! These fit true to size by the way.

The shoe looks nice enough to wear to work, but it feels much tighter for its size than I had expected. I am going to return it for 1/2 size larger than I usually wear.

These are the greatest shoes ever!
As a professional trainer, I am on my feet all day long. I've had years of back and knee pain and these shoes have completely changed my life. I don't hurt all day long anymore! I have several styles of MBTs that I love, but this is the first pair that looks more "professional" to wear with business attire. I only wish they had this style in dark brown leather and navy blue leather as well. I'd buy them both!

Great Shoe -
I was looking for a shoe to wear during choir concerts that was comfortable and would also look good. A fellow choir member suggested MBT. She wore them and did not have the same cramps and numbing of the toes as the rest of us after an hour and a half concert. Standing in my MBTs for our next concert was remarkable. My toes did not get numb. My knees did not lock up and I didn't get leg cramps. It didn't take long to get used to them and I can feel my legs are getting stronger and also my left knee is stronger. I would recommend them to anyone who stands for long periods of time. I told my hairdresser about them. She not only is on her feet all day, but also has back problems.

My feet hurt so bad before I purchased the shoes that I was having a hard time working. But since I have been wearing the shoes, I now enjoy my job. I don't go home all worn out and in pain. My feet hurt so bad that I could not sleep at night for the pain. I feel like I have gotten new feet.

Love these shoes -
Purchased these as an every day show that I can wear to work. They are extremely comfortable and I feel like I can "maybe" leap tall buildings...They are true to size, although they are narrow at the toe -but- they do stretch a little so that is not really an issue. I would not go up a size for that reason.

Not the same feeling as other MBT shoes -
I appreciate MBT trying to make a more acceptable style to pass in the workplace, but unfortunately in their quest to slim down the design and look it lost that great MBT leg and foot action feeling you get with the athletic styles. This shoe felt fine like a Dansko or Merrel, but was missing the MBT "work it" kick you get from walking in them. That on top of the price made me return them. Thanks Zappos for making the process so easy.

Great all round shoe -
Fit true to size. No breaking in period. A comfortable and good looking shoe. Can wear casual or more with more formal. I stand on my feet for long periods of time and have no back or leg pain when I wear these shoes. Absolutely love this shoe!

The wonder shoe -
I wore my new MBT Tunisha shoes on a walking trip all over the Mississippi Delta. They were comfortable at all times. They are easy to slip out of at the airport when going through security. They don't look very stylish, but if you wear them with over the boot jeans, they look like boots. I would like MBT to make a pair for to wear with summer slacks.

I just wanted to send a quick thank you to all of you for being such a wonderful company. I have ordered from you several times in the past and have always enjoyed your wide selection, fast shipping, and easy return policy. However, while these are great attributes of a company, they don't usually inspire me to write feedback emails raving about the company. About a week ago, I wanted to order a pair of shoes I'd had my eye on for quite some time. I shopped around but, as usual, Zappos.com had the best price (and free shipping!). However, when I tried to order, neither you nor any other website I visited had the shoes in my size. I called your customer service number to find out if they had been discontinued. In my experience, these sort of help lines rarely produce any sort of useful information, so I don't usually expect a whole lot from them. I called at around 5:30am Eastern Time, and was thrilled someone actually answered the phone that early in the morning! That would have been enough to make me a happy customer, however in true Zappos.com form, my experience exceeded expectations. Not only was the representative friendly and helpful, he took time to check your inventory and find out if the shoes had been discontinued. Then, he checked out other websites to find out if they had the shoes in my size! After several minutes of searching, he was able to find one website with one remaining pair in my size. However, at that point I was so impressed with Zappos.com that there was no chance of me ordering those shoes from any other website! So thank you to Zappos.com and that customer service representative, whoever he is, for such stellar customer service! Keep up the great work!
