Fit is very good with lots of support which I like. Boots felt good & comfortable right out of the box. Grey color has a green tint to it which is not what I expected. I've had good results from other Timberland boots, and I haven't been disappointed with this model.

I've waited most my life for this. I was apprehensive about ordering shoes online. What if they don't fit? What if they don't look as good as they do in the picture? Returning them is an option, but a hassle. I couldn't find what I wanted locally, so I took the plunge. I need not have worried. The shoes arrived just when Zappos said they would (3 days). I opened my box and was satisfied that they looked as good as the picture, only better. Then I put them on. Wow. These shoes are the most comfortable I have ever put on right out of the box. They need no break-in; they are sized perfectly; they look great. I waited a long time to chance ordering shoes online. It will be a long time before I buy shoes locally again. Both the shoes and the shopping experience rate 5 stars with ease.

 |  | I just wanted to thank you for being so wonderful. Last week I ordered a pair of shoes but when I got them home the color didn't match so I needed to return them. What I didn't realize was that when I shipped them back to you, my cell phone charger was also in the box. The last couple of days I have been going crazy looking for it. But to my surprise it showed up today. My UPS driver just dropped off a tiny Zappos box. As I opened the box knowing that I hadn't ordered anything, I was amazed and grateful to find the charger in there. This little gesture just proves how much your company goes above and beyond for their customers and I for one truly, truly appreciate it. When you say "We are always here for you" you really mean it! I love your company, site, and all you stand for and do for your customers. I can't thank you enough for making my day! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
