What a great pair of shoes. They felt wonderful from the first time I put them on. I liked them so much that I got back on the computer and ordered another pair in a different color. Zappos upgraded my shipping at no cost to me and I was wearing the shoes 20 hours after I ordered them. Great folks to deal with.

Order arrived expeditiously; shoes are very comfortable. This is my third pair of this brand and I really enjoy them.

Shoes are great. Good for wearing with jeans, or casual khakis. My only complaint was the break-in period. There is a small rise in the padding on the heel of the sole, which early on is uncomfortable after a 12-hour workday. After the break-in period though, this has actually become the best part of the shoe: extremely comfortable and casually stylish!

 |  | I am a F.T. bar tender and am on my feet all night standing, walking and sometimes running! I work hard! I have had the same work shoes that I LOVE for about 10 years! I found your site through my daughter and found a pair of what I thought would be good work shoes. I saved my tips and months later made the order. I was ambivalent about spending so much money on SHOES but decided to just do it! They arrived yesterday morning! I wore them last night for the first time forgetting to bring a back up pair in case they hurt (new shoes and all). Well, I'm just sooooo happy to say that I LOVE them! My feet were just fine – ALL NIGHT! They were like wearing slippers w/ arch support. This morning I put my poor old tired out work shoes in the trash with no regrets! Your staff was SO kind and helpful over the phone and the promptness of delivery was amazing! Thank you so much! I'm getting my outfit ready for tonight and look forward to sporting my new Nato shoes! Consequently, I am now an internet shoe shopper! GO ZAPPOS! LOVE-LOVE-LOVE YOU!!!
