Had to go up 1/2 size larger because of the way these shoes are cut. I like the style a lot, but they have a tight curve in front, which is why you need to order them in a larger size.

Ah, rats! This is a very cute, dainty and lady-like shoe that does not make your big feet look big. However, they run two sizes too small! I read the review on this shoe and ordered one size larger and it was still one size too small. I loved this heeled skimmer, but I regret that I must send them back. If they came in size 12 I would get them, because the size 11 is too small, but my feet looked tiny in them anyway! Please ladies read these reviews, they truly are extremely helpful and can save you the time and energy in shipping things back. Of course Zappos makes returns easy and quick, but you'd rather keep the shoes you order instead!

with Zappos. I discovered your store online a couple of days ago. I noticed some sandals that I wanted, and decided to call. The rep who assisted me in placing an order by phone was very professional, informative, and patient. She also extended an invitation to the VIP Club. I was expecting my order tomorrow (Tuesday). However, it arrived early today (Monday). Both my husband and I were surprised by the rapid overnight express time. I will definitely do business with you again soon and tell others about you.
