Great shoes. My daughter is 13 and has wide feet. We looked at many shoes before finding these. They fit nicely, are comfortable, and a little dressy. Just what we wanted. They arrived quickly too!

I was looking for shoes to wear to my son's wedding. Since it was to be outdoors on a Colorado mountainside, flats were recommended by the mother of the bride. After checking a few local shoe stores including a department store known for its shoe department, I decided to check out Zappos. I narrowed my search to "flats" and the color to that of my dress "taupe." The Fitzwell Elena in brown was perfect, better than I ever expected to find. The first pair I ordered was a little tight, but since they arrived so quickly and I had time, I exchanged for the next size with no shipping charges! I was extremely happy with the shoes and the service.

Love the look, but they squeak when I walk. I\'ve had the same problem with other Fitzwell shoes. Very annoying.

I am returning Fitzwell Elena. I could not get my foot into either shoe. I\'m hoping that this pair is mis-sized. All other Fitzwell shoes have fit me perfectly in size 13w.

This is really a cute flat. The picture looked good, but when I received them they looked even better in person. I am a true ww width & these fit very well & feel wonderful. Thank you Zappos.

Adorable shoe, but too too narrow for my 8WW feet! It might fit an "E" width fine, but I couldn't fit my "EE" into them.

Fantastic flat. I have trouble finding wide widths and this shoe fits me better than any shoe I have ever had. It also looks very good with slacks. I would tell anyone who is looking for a shoe with some flare to try the Elena.

I have never paid for other than standard (read slow boat) shipping, and have also never failed to receive your deliveries the next day. I can order Sunday online at night, and the shoes will be there Monday before dinner, it’s astounding. All other companies should take their cue from you guys.
