The boot is extremely comfortable and exactly what I hoped for when I ordered. They look great and seem to hold up well. We'll see how they do through the winter, but so far, it seems like they were a great purchase.

As soon as I put these shoes on I new they were for me. I wear size 14 and am diabetic so I am a hard fit. This is my first pair of Doc Martens and I am sure they won't be my last. The fit couldn't be better; they are light and stylish. I would recommend Zappos and Doc Marten to anyone in need of shoes.

I would like to start off by saying: Zappos.com is amazing. My first order with Zappos.com wasn't that long ago. On one of my orders, Zappos was so amazing to give me a special priority in upgrading my shipping date to the next day I placed my order. What other place does that? Not only did they do that, they always email you right away when you place an order. Other websites take so long, you worry if they even got the order. And, in Zappos website, it's so helpful. When looking at an item, it gives all the information you need. Your size, your color, and price range you are willing to spend. AND if the item is sold out, they email you once the item is back in stock. Come on! What other website does all of this! None! When I receive my shipment(s) at home, the packaging is so cute, neat.
