When I opened the box I was thrown back to the early 80's. I bought the gray ones and they are just like the ones we used to envy each other for in grade school. They have that cool velcro flap over the zipper, just like the ones we used to open and close repeatedly to annoy the teacher in class. I bought these to replace my last pair of Roos, the Lotus style. They were so comfy and I have to stand all day at work. These have even more cushioning so I can't wait to wear them to work. I tried them on tonight and they are very comfy and look adorable.

Awesome shoe - Just wanted to say that I love this shoe. Right off the bat, you put it on and it is like heaven on your feet. I think I want to get another pair, but in a different color. Love them so much! Buy them. Love Roos; they remind me of my childhood.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Any Adidas Cross trainers! They are really awesome. Great support for your feet.

I'm impressed! Few companies care about customer service anymore because they seem to believe they have American consumers "over a barrel." Why provide good customer service when they don't have to? At least goes the thinking. I deplore talking to "Customer Service" representatives in overseas. I don't understand them and they don't understand me. And they don't solve problems, they just read from printed cue cards. So...THANK YOU for caring about customer service. It DOES matter to me, it DOES matter to the American public. Next time I need shoes, you'll be the first place I shop.
