I was afraid this shoe would look too sporty to wear to work, but I think it's cuter in person. For a ballet flat type shoe, this has the best arch support of any shoe I've seen. The footbed has a cupped heel and a relatively high arch with nice cushioning. It feels great with one big exception; the toe box is too tight across my foot yet the heel is too loose. I think the heel can be fixed with a stick-on insert, but the toe box cannot be fixed and so this shoe has to go back. I have slightly wide feet, so maybe this will work better for normal width feet. I usually wear a size 8.5, but the 8 in this shoe was a perfect fit, so maybe order a half size down.

Agree, 1 size too big. My regular size is 11. I ordered a 10.5 and it was still too big. My foot stepped right out of it. It is also too wide for my slightly narrow foot, so I am returning it. Otherwise, it seems like it would be comfortable and it looks as pictured.

I love Zappos; I am amazed at the wonderful customer service that is lacking in so many other companies. They go out of their way. I have been a customer for almost 4 years now, and can't say enough good about them. Yay Zappos!

Solid shoes. Good arch support. Could be more delicate/simple looking (less tractor-like). I ordered them in a 6 due to the other reviews. I'm usually between a 7 and 7 1/2. They were way too small! Try 1/2 size smaller, or 1 size smaller of the bigger size if you vary between two sizes. My feet were squashed in them!

I love the look of these shoes, but they don't fit properly. First, I ordered an 8.5 and they flopped off my feet (though the same size in another brand fit perfectly). Zappos exchanged them for an 8. Still too big. Another exchange for a 7.5, and while I wouldn't go any smaller, my heel still comes out of the back. I'm going to have to return these, too. Thankfully, Zappos has free shipping and excellent customer service!

Way too big! I've never worn less than a size 10 in shoes, in fact my sneakers are 11.5, so I ordered 10s in these without hesitation. They are so big. I will probably need an 8.5 or 9. This is unfortunate because the shoes themselves are really nice looking and the heel and grip looks just about right for lots of walking.

I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
