Really great, comfortable shoe. I run 2 marathons per year and go through 5 pairs of shoes per year. I liked the Brooks Trance a lot, which is actually more expensive, but it has less cushioning than the Infinity. I have already ran in 2 pairs of the Infinity 1s and already liked these shoes a lot. The Infinity 2 has a little wider toe box and really fits more comfortably. I took them out of the box and ran my 28 mile long run and it just felt like I was wearing my slippers. I always replace the thin sole with one that has a little more support and cushioning. This shoe has just the right amount of support, without being to stiff and it has very good cushioning both front and back. A great training / race shoe that really lasts long. The Infinity one looks were kind of bland, but the metal orange look of the Infinity 2 looks really cool.
If you need a little support (semi low arches) and don’t overpronate too much and like a soft comfortable shoe: it doesn’t get any better than the Infinity 2.

 |  | Dear Zappos, My friend Tim (Concord OH) told me you were THE place to buy shoes and boy was he right! I returned the one pair of New Balance 608's today at the post office. When I filled out the return form online last night, I also ordered another pair in 4E and it arrived at 3:30 pm today! WHAT SERVICE!!! I will be keeping this pair as they fit great!
