This shoe is a very sexy, very girly shoe. I bought the navy satin; in the picture the blue of the shoe and the blue of the bow are different. In reality, they are the same. They are gorgeous and I am very happy with them. My size 5 shoe is a true fit. Another homerun for Zappos.

They felt true to size. I love the satin bow, but wish it was a little more sturdy. The sling back gives me blisters on the inside of my foot just below the bone at the ankle. It also slips up and down, making it uncomfortable.

A gorgeous, dramatic shoe, but it IS high, so probably not the right choice for dancing, just for looking fabulous! It's kind of a car to bar shoe but it's perfectly comfortable for short periods of walking or standing. I feel simply stunning in them, enjoy!

I'm impressed! Few companies care about customer service anymore because they seem to believe they have American consumers "over a barrel." Why provide good customer service when they don't have to? At least goes the thinking. I deplore talking to "Customer Service" representatives in overseas. I don't understand them and they don't understand me. And they don't solve problems, they just read from printed cue cards. So...THANK YOU for caring about customer service. It DOES matter to me, it DOES matter to the American public. Next time I need shoes, you'll be the first place I shop.
