These shoes are comfortable for walking, after I added inserts to the inside. There wasn't much in the way of arch support before I added them.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: always like Nikes, especially Pegasus

These sneakers are very comfortable and I am happy with them. I have very wide feet and often extra wide shoes still feel tight, but these are comfortable even at the end of the day.

I had bought a previous NB shoe...EE wide, by the time they were relaxed enough in the width, they had compensated and gotten shorter, so all that $$ was down the drain. This time when I bought I got a 1/2 size longer which I probably didn\'t need. These actually fit from the start with plenty of room on the sides! I probably didn\'t need the extra length, but they feel pretty good. I just didn\'t think ahead of time...they are mesh and it is winter here now...not a great combo as they don\'t hold any water back, but I didn\'t expect them to.

Great shoes! True to size and description. Great daily wear shoe that readies you to take on any challenges in the day, from grocery shopping to hiking. My 2nd pair of all terrain NBs and will not be the last!

These shoes are just right. Good looking and accommodate my orthotics. Nice wide toe box in 2EE. I will wear them for my job, which requires that I'm on my feet a lot.

Overall a good jogging/running shoe. Not a lot of arch support and the size seems to be a little larger than other New Balance shoes I\'ve had in the past.

These shoes are comfy and are plenty wide for my feet. I originally ordered the WR8511 in D, but it was too narrow, so I ordered the 2E for this shoe because the WR8511 didn’t come in 2E. The 8.5 size is a true fit. I love the free shipping both ways and easy return policy. I know with Zappos I will be able to find a shoe that fits!

 |  | Zappos rocks, you so made my nine year old son’s day. We went looking for new DC shoes last Sunday and spent 3 hours only to find out that his shoe size was 6.5 right between boy’s and men's. The stores had no selection in either. We were told by one salesperson that most boys skip that size so they don't carry many. He was very disappointed, I suggested ordering from you guys that night and he didn't want to wait for shipping. I told him Zappos was quick, but he wanted to try stores again, so we did on Tuesday evening and came home empty handed again. We got online, ordered a pair he liked (there were so many to chose from in the size we needed) at 9:30 that night. Of course he was all about when would they be here, again I told him how quick you are at shipping and that probably Thursday at the latest Friday. He came home from school on Wednesday and they were on the front porch. He was so happy!!! Loved the shoes and can't wait to order another pair. I have told other people how fast they got here and no one believes that is even possible. I don't know how you do it, but thanks so much. You're the best.
