These are one of the most comfortable walking shoes I have ever worn. They fit to a tee although I did buy 1/2 size larger than usual.

I like these shoes because: a- they fit my wide feet, b- they provide good support, and c- they are cute.

As always, a great New Balance shoe. I am a walker and these shoes are lightweight and have fabric inserts that breathe so my foot stays comfortable!

Great shoe, lightweight and comfortable. Fits true to size. Not much of an arch, though, so perhaps not great for those with a high arch.

I thought I might regret buying shoes off of the internet, especially walking shoes. My old shoes were crummy and not supporting my already fragile knees. I had heard so many good things about New Balance shoes, and because I can return them at no cost, I decided to roll the dice. They are wonderful! I've been able to walk longer distances and have felt no pain in my knees since using them! They look bulky but are extremely light weight with breathable mesh for hot southern California days. I love them.

These shoes are very comfortable. I have plantar fasciitis and the arch in these shoes supports my foot so there is no pain. I have a "wide" shoe, which makes comfort even better.

I ordered two pairs of shoes this morning (around 10am) and I receive an email that my order not only had been processed, but shipped and it is 2:40pm-on the SAME day. AND I was upgraded to priority status. I have to say WOW. This is the most impressive online service I have had from retail - ever. I bought my wedding shoes from you back in Feb, and I do recall how fabulous your customer service team was. I can't believe I have waited this long to purchase from Zappos again. You went above and beyond my expectations and I greatly appreciate that-esp. in these times. I order online a great deal because of my busy schedule and it is hard to go out and go shopping. This is the best treatment I have had by far- and I haven't received my shoes yet, but I know I'll get 'em much sooner than I thought. KEEP IT UP!!!
