My 11 year old son has always complained that his feet hurt, even though he would wear New Balance wide shoes. Sure enough now that his feet fit a man\'s size, we ordered an extra wide and he loves them for school. I don\'t think our chances were good in finding a traditional store that would carry a 8.5 WW shoe. \r\n\r\nThank you Zappos.

These shoes are great. My son says they are comfortable and true to size. He didn\'t even need to break them in. He is very satisfied with his New Balance shoes.

I have struggled to find anything my size, being 6'5'' size 15 shoes. Then I found zappos.com. It was fun to shop again, and when placing my order, I forgot the apartment number so when I called I was delighted to get the best customer service anywhere (and that's saying a lot working as a csr for the past 6 years). Thanks zappos.com!

Stopped running about ten years ago. Up to now been wearing NB running shoes for my daily fast paced 3/4 hour walk. Thought I would try these NB walking shoes. Wonderful! More comfortable to walk in, less "tripping". Only wish these shoes had a mesh top for coolness. Great value.

I would like to start off by saying: Zappos.com is amazing. My first order with Zappos.com wasn't that long ago. On one of my orders, Zappos was so amazing to give me a special priority in upgrading my shipping date to the next day I placed my order. What other place does that? Not only did they do that, they always email you right away when you place an order. Other websites take so long, you worry if they even got the order. And, in Zappos website, it's so helpful. When looking at an item, it gives all the information you need. Your size, your color, and price range you are willing to spend. AND if the item is sold out, they email you once the item is back in stock. Come on! What other website does all of this! None! When I receive my shipment(s) at home, the packaging is so cute, neat.
