Shoe Arch: No arch support
Not wide at toe area. There's no support and feet start to ache when I wear them around. I am 6WW. I purchased 6.5WW; very uncomfortable.

These are very comfortable. I had to put a better insole in for better arch support and padding, and now I can wear them all day. Great for work, running errands, etc. Probably not supportive enough for very long walks. The heels do not slip and they look great with jeans and cords. I\'m not crazy about the shiny tape decoration.

I liked this shoe, but was my first try at Propet brand. I can usually wear a 7 1/2 W, but this shoe was pushing on my big toe, so returning for an 8W because I liked the way they look and feel other than that.

I bought these looking for comfortable walking shoes. Had to return, because in person they look like a granny shoe, and I'm in my 20s. Might be a better fit for someone a bit older. They are very soft and cushy.

And I want to thank you for your incredible service (phone, email, all and any contact w/ you) because it is outstanding. The items I bought are of the best quality, and I only had to return 2 items that either did not fit, and the necklace was an unattractive item. I exchanged both items for something else I wanted. Never ever did I have a negative experience with you in all the years I have been your customer. You make all the difference in shopping experiences, and I almost shop exclusively w/ you because of it. Whatever you pay your employees, isn't enough ;o) they are worth their weight in Gold.
