My son only wore these shoes about two weeks until the stitching on the outside of the left shoe started to come apart. We were very disappointed in this shoe. He had them repaired at our local shoe repair.

Great Shoes!
I use these to teach my Cardio Classes as well as for running. The "Tongue" is a one piece design that just LOVE. The Tongue is sewn directly into the foot liner so it can never get all sideways and crooked like they tend to do. I wish all shoes had this design!!! They loosened just the right amount after the first couple of workouts and have been consistent ever since. Great heel cushioning and they are one of the few models that have an air unit in the forefoot, so they will last a long time without losing their "Cush". These Shoes do NOT come with the ZOOM cushioning like the Ad above says. That is incorrect. These have Shox in the rear and an air sole unit up front. Perfect combo for great energy return and are less mushy than the Zoom units. Overall one of the best shoes I've found and they are great looking to boot.

I ordered the shoes a week before school started for my son, and we got them the next working day. The salesperson was very helpful, and the shoes were even better in person than they appeared in their description online. Great pair of shoes and great service!

 |  | You're pretty awesome. Let me count the ways: 1. You make it easy for me to find great shoes. That should be enough. BUT I SOLDIER ON. 2. Pretty darn good website. There are lil' bugs here and there (sometimes narrowing a search doesn't totally work, but for the most part it does), but comparing you folks to some other nightmarish sites I've used, especially with the sheer amount of product you have for me to see...well done. 3. Convenience. HOLY CONVENIENCE, BATMAN! Much like Ian McKaye of the band Fugazi, I am a patient boy, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait. But when I order from you I don't have to. I've had shoes get to me so fast I actually thought there must have been a mistake because it got to me TOO quickly. Guys, that is some serious service. This is why I buy shoes exclusively from you. 4. Customer Service. I had a store credit recently, but like an idiot, I deleted the email with the credit code. I called up and talked to a totally friendly, funny, helpful guy. He said he'd take care of emailing me the code and all would be right with the world. OH NOES! The email, actually never showed up. So I called back and spoke with a totally friendly, funny, helpful girl (with a completely pretty voice, I'll be honest) and she got me a coupon code while I was on the phone (THAT'S good turnaround) and explained that there were the dreaded *technical difficulties* and the other dude didn't actually screw up. Guys, I've never talked to a company on the phone and ended with such a good feeling. I have friends that I don't enjoy talking to on the phone that much. Close friends. Is it ok if I just call to talk sometime? I'm kidding. Maybe. 5. You ALL seem to have a sense of humor. You guys are frakkin' funny! Your email, any of the “dig deeper” sort of stuff (blogs, joke of the day, etc.). That is beyond refreshing, thank you so much :) Honestly, as long as you guys are around, you got my bidness.
