These shoes literally lasted 2 weeks before the front stitching started to come apart! I would never buy these again. My son has another pair of Nikes that are still going strong from last year, but these Shox were a huge disappointment, especially for the price!

I'm happy with these shoes. My sons have been wearing Nike Shox for a few years now, and some of the models from the last year or two didn't hold up as well. This design seems to go back to what worked for us in the beginning, especially the toes (they aren't peeling apart like some older pairs did). My son tells me they're comfortable and they make him run faster.

I'm impressed! Few companies care about customer service anymore because they seem to believe they have American consumers "over a barrel." Why provide good customer service when they don't have to? At least goes the thinking. I deplore talking to "Customer Service" representatives in overseas. I don't understand them and they don't understand me. And they don't solve problems, they just read from printed cue cards. So...THANK YOU for caring about customer service. It DOES matter to me, it DOES matter to the American public. Next time I need shoes, you'll be the first place I shop.
