My daughter loves these shoes. This is actually her fourth pair of this brand of shoe. They wear really well and the choice of colors is a plus. Zappos has never let me down. With 4 kids and several pairs of shoes, I always shop at Zappos.

I, too, made a conscientious loyalty-spirited decision with this shoe order. I intended to make this purchase through another website because I would have saved $4 on the purchase over your site and still had free shipping both ways. However, my experience with Zappos has been so positive, that I chose to pay the higher price and purchase these shoes from your company. I was banking on the lightening-speed processing and shipping that I have experienced with your company in the past and opted for the known rather than the unknown of ordering from another company.
