Shoe Size: Felt true to size

Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support
Nice looking shoe, but they are very hard to put on my toddler. We bought these shoes last week and already looking to get rid of them. Have to cram her feet into the shoe to get them on. Also the Velcro (shoe laces are for decoration) tends to come up when wearing them. The size we purchased was a 9.

 |  | Thank you, thank you! I'm thinking the Zappos customer service team must be made up of magical wizards, and I am getting spoiled! I called yesterday to exchange sneakers for a larger size, and late last night ordered some girly shoes, and this morning BOTH the sneakers and the shoes were at my door! I am stunned! Today I called a different place to order a specialty item (after checking Zappos site for something similar first, of course) and there is just no comparison whatsoever. Now I must wait at least a week for my order from this other place, and on top of that, pay ten bucks shipping! See, I am spoiled by Zappos spectacular customer service. Thank you so much!
