These shoes look like they are very expensive! I am 44 years old and I haven't been able to walk with confidence in stiletto heels in many years; these I can walk in! They are made well, and at a great price! Perfect fit, you will probably need a cushion for the ball of your foot if you plan on standing in these for a while, they are also a little heavy. I do love them, and I am very happy with my purchase! Thanks Zappos!

 |  | I wanted to thank you for the incredible customer service you've provided in recent weeks. When my pair of boots arrived in less than perfect condition, I had hoped to exchange them for a new pair. Unfortunately, you were out of stock. A wonderful representative offered tips on how to clean up the boots, offered to search other stores to see if they had the boots in stock, and even asked if I would like a refund before returning the boots! I decided to keep the boots for a few more days, as I was not interested in purchasing from another retailer. Luckily, Zappos received more boots in stock within the week. Another rep sent my order straight away and ensured that the new pair were in perfect condition. Best yet - they sent the new pair with overnight shipping!
