These shoes have only made it around my house on the carpet. They are very stiff with virtually no flex in the ball of the foot. They are cute and trendy but I am still concerned that I won\'t make it through a work day due to the stiffness. The jury is still out for me.

So fly! These are cute. I was worried about the cutting at the base of the toes reported by the other reviewer, but no problem! I'm a reliable 11M, and these 11s fit perfectly. The strap is attached with elastic, very easy and comfortable. Very stable. In love.

Just missed -
Oh how I wanted to love these shoes, the most adorable shoes I have set eyes and hands on in a LONG time. However, upon placing them on my feet, I knew it was not a cinderella fit. The cut of the shoe on the top of the foot cut into my bone, and just a quick walk on the carpet in the office pained my feet. So sad.

This is a really great and stylish shoe! It was just a tad stiff when I first put it on, but after one wear it's pretty comfy. I love the platform feature that makes the heel not as high, yet you still get the look of a higher heel. I'd recommend this shoe!

 |  | Zappos Customer Service, You probably hear mostly from people with complaints. I wanted to take a moment to send some positive feedback. Every order I have placed with Zappos has been a good experience. Many times you upgrade the shipping on your own and I have the item overnight (as occurred with an order I placed yesterday - the item is out for delivery already!) I am in business and know that that is not something you have to do; so I just wanted to say thank you. It's little things like that that make a good service a great service.
