A nice looking, fashionable hoodie, but with several drawbacks. The fit is very loose, I assume to be paired with a very low sagging pair of jeans and huge white sneakers, you know the look. The ribbed cuffs are so big and loose that the sleeves tend to hang down over your hands. If you're looking for something that is more tailored looking, look elsewhere. Though quite comfortable, I definitely feel a little frumpy wearing it. The fabric is quite thin, so don't look to this for any real added warmth. Definitely not an outer layer. It is much thinner than typical fleece hoodies. Overall, a nice looking hoodie, but the fabric feels thin, a bit cheap, and a bit fragile too. Don't think this one is going to last too long if worn or washed regularly.

 |  | My order was placed on a Thursday at about 4pm and the shoes were on my porch the same time the VERY next day. Right after I ordered them you sent an email stating that the order was being shipped out right away with NO EXTRA CHARGE TO ME. This excellent customer service must cease at once. I am just not used to it. The shoes were ordered for me to wear to my daughter's wedding and I was hoping that I didn't wait too long to find dressy shoes for my wide feet. The shoes are lovely and perfect.I have ordered from Zappos in the past and as I recall was equally pleased, and have spread the word about Zappos’ quality and customer service (esp. to my wide footed friends).
