These shoes run a little small lengthwise. I usually wear a 7 and needed to exchange for a 7 1/2. They are available elsewhere in Wide, but were not from Zappos, and should have been. They are attractive and well-made. I cannot say enough about Zappos wonderful service and prompt delivery, which were both very helpful.

Style and comfort at the same time? Doesn't exist. I bought these for an upcoming trip, hoping I'd finally found comfort and cuteness combined. They seemed very comfy and supportive wearing them around the house, so then I went outside in them. I walked for only about 30 minutes before I got literally the worst blisters of my life. Very disappointing, a waste of money, and still nothing to wear for my trip!

 |  | Your customer service is so awesome you must get sick of receiving these types of emails, however I had to send a thank you. I only placed my order yesterday and yet today I get home from work and SURPRISE! My boots are here! Free shipping, fast shipping, giant selection...what else can a customer ask for? Customer service in general is lacking when dealing with other retailers but Zappos rules!
