Rubs on my toe, Abbey in Brown. I liked the style of this shoe and purchased it because it seemed comfortable in the store. However, I've worn it for the past two days and my right little toe hurts when I wear them. The strap connects to the shoe in that area and it rubs my toe when I walk. All I can say is ouch. A previous reviewer had the same problem (but on the other foot) except the shoe eventually stretched out enough to be comfortable. I hope this is true.

The Abbey is a comfortable, trim, casual shoe. Strap has a good deal of adjustability. I prefer dark brown to medium brown, so I loved the brown color. Footbed was not as padded as I would have liked, but I went up 1/2 size and used a padded insert. Without the padding, I\'d say these run true to size and width.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Aeorosoles, Naturalizer, Sofft, Softsports, Clarks

Love my Skechers. Took a few days to get used to, the strap attached right at my pinky toe on the left foot (but not the right) so there was some rubbing at first. As I wore them and they stretched a little, no more rubbing and super comfortable, just as my last Skechers were! Would buy them again!

 |  | Dear Zappos, Okay, help me understand something. I place an on-line order last evening at about 8:00. I screw up how to use my store credit and can’t figure out how to fix it. I resort to calling your toll free number to fix my stupid mistake and expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say! A real live person answers the phone in two rings after I debated with myself whether or not to press the option for joke of the day. He corrects my problem and even makes the decision to not charge my credit card for the less than $2 difference between my store credit and the amount due for the running shoes I ordered. On top of this, the shoes were sitting on my doorstep tonight after I came home from work. I even wore them for my evening workout. How dare you do this in less than 20 hours after my mistake! You just set the customer service pole vault bar at 37 feet in my book! Terrific, terrific service. Thank you very much! I now consider myself a customer for life. You all will have to work very hard to make me buy a pair of shoes from another company. I’m new to Zappos and you can bet I will be looking to Zappos for other purchases! Many thanks... my next order will be tomorrow evening so I can surprise my wife with a new pair of Berks she wants, but actually needs... it isn’t always good to want things!
