Thank you, Zappos! We looked all over for these shoes for my daughter but couldn't find her size, until I tried Zappos! I placed the online order at approximately 9 pm and we received upgraded shipping to overnight air and the product was delivered by noon the next day (15 hours to travel from KY to MN). Wow! I have bragged about your website to all my friends since then. Thanks again!

Very comfortable shoes! They have a lot of cushioning in them. And Zappos delivered them very quickly. I was very pleased with everything.

The shoes were exactly what my granddaughter wanted and they arrived immediately. The order process from Zappos is so easy I am sure I will be ordering from there again. Extremely satisfied customer.

I ordered two pairs of shoes this morning (around 10am) and I receive an email that my order not only had been processed, but shipped and it is 2:40pm-on the SAME day. AND I was upgraded to priority status. I have to say WOW. This is the most impressive online service I have had from retail - ever. I bought my wedding shoes from you back in Feb, and I do recall how fabulous your customer service team was. I can't believe I have waited this long to purchase from Zappos again. You went above and beyond my expectations and I greatly appreciate that-esp. in these times. I order online a great deal because of my busy schedule and it is hard to go out and go shopping. This is the best treatment I have had by far- and I haven't received my shoes yet, but I know I'll get 'em much sooner than I thought. KEEP IT UP!!!
