These boots rock! The look without the money and they are super comfortable. I would buy them again.

I love these boots! I looked forever to find a cute western looking boot to wear with casual or dressy clothes and I finally found them! These boots look like something you would find in an old western movie. However, I am pretty sure they are not for working in, but that's not why I got them. But for fashion reasons I would definitely recommend them.

I love these! I love these boots! I looked forever to find a cute western looking boot to wear with casual or dressy clothes and I finally found them! I bought two pairs of this boot (one black and one brown). I've had them for one month and the heels had already worn down. No big deal, I can just get them reheeled. Well I found out that I can't get them reheeled because the heel is made of hollow plastic (cheap) and you have to buy a special 4-prong type of heel replacement. Our shoe repair store doesn't have any and never will. If this was any type of department store, I'd be taking them back.

Gorgeous, in the box at least! These boots are gorgeous, stunningly pretty. I loved them, until I tried to put them on. I couldn't get them on my foot! I don't have wide or large feet, but I couldn't get my foot past the ankle area! I even looked into having zippers sewn into the boots, but that was very pricey. I am ordering a larger size and hoping that it works.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: This boot, 1/2 to a whole size bigger.

 |  | I love your Company and have ordered several things. I am dealing with kidney cancer and am always looking for red shoes to make me feel happy when I am getting chemo. You have always been able to help me. Your staff is amazing and last month I ordered a pair of red sandals and just recently received a box filled with little gifts to make anyone feel better. Your team member also sent me your 2008 Culture Book with a beautiful note. I have been reading all the uplifting notes that many people wrote in the book and can't believe that there are so many wonderful people out there. I also worked for a company who had core values that we all had to follow, but when I got cancer, this health company did nothing to help me through this time. They recently stopped my disability because they said they only allow two years. I am now going to live on my social security of $1,400.00 per month. I sent the CEO a letter requesting an extension and was told they have done all they could for me. My Chemo pill alone costs $6,000.00 per month and I have to stay on the expensive Cobra so that I can get it. Soon that too will expire. I just know that I have such high regard for your company and Zappos. Thank you for being who you are and I wish I was close to Las Vegas to visit your place and thank everyone personally.
